President and Chief Executive Officer
Antonio Carrillo serves as Arcosa’s President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of its Board of Directors. From April 2018 until November 2018, Mr. Carrillo served as the Senior Vice President and Group President of Construction, Energy, Marine, and Components of Trinity Industries, Inc. (“Trinity Industries”). From 2012 to February 2018, Mr. Carrillo served as the Chief Executive Officer of Orbia Advance Corporation (formerly known as Mexichem S.A.B. de C.V.)(“Orbia”), a publicly-traded global specialty chemical company. Prior to joining Orbia, Mr. Carrillo spent 16 years at Trinity Industries, where he served as Senior Vice President and Group President of Trinity Industries’ Energy Equipment Group and was responsible for Trinity Industries’ Mexico operations. Mr. Carrillo previously served as a director of Trinity Industries from 2014 to November 2018 and as a director of Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Carrillo currently serves as a director of NRG Energy.
Mr. Carrillo has served as Professor of Finance at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, one of the most prestigious universities in finance and accounting in Mexico. Mr. Carrillo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.
Gail M. Peck
Chief Financial Officer
Gail M. Peck serves as Arcosa’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From November 2018 to May 2021, Ms. Peck served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at Arcosa. From 2010 until November 2018, Ms. Peck served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Trinity Industries. From 2004 to 2009, she served as Vice President and Treasurer for Centex Corporation, a diversified building company.
Ms. Peck earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
Reid S. Essl
Reid S. Essl serves as a Group President at Arcosa, overseeing the Natural Aggregates, Specialty Materials, and Recycled Aggregates businesses. From 2016 until November 2018, Mr. Essl served as the President of Trinity Construction Materials and from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Essl served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Trinity Construction, Energy, Marine, and Components businesses. In his 14 years at Trinity Industries, Mr. Essl held a variety of financial, strategic planning, and business development positions.
Mr. Essl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kerry S. Cole
Kerry S. Cole serves as a Group President at Arcosa, overseeing the Barges, Storage Tanks, Utility Structures, Traffic Structures, and Telecom Structures businesses. From 2016 until November 2018, Mr. Cole served as President of Trinity Electrical Products which included oversight for the Trinity Structural Towers and Trinity Meyer Utility Structures business units. Prior to this role, Mr. Cole served as President of Trinity Structural Towers business unit from 2007 to 2016. From 2000 to 2007, he served in a variety of operations and manufacturing leadership positions at Trinity Industries spanning Mining and Construction Equipment, Heads, and Structural Bridge business units.
Mr. Cole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Jesse E. Collins, Jr.
Jesse E. Collins, Jr. serves as a Group President at Arcosa, overseeing the Wind Towers, Construction Site Support, and Transportation Components businesses. From 2016 until November 2018, Mr. Collins served as the President of Trinity’s Parts and Components companies, which included McConway & Torley, Standard Forged Products, and the business of McKees Rocks Forgings. From 2014 to 2016, he served as President of Trinity Cryogenics. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Collins served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Broadwind Energy serving wind energy, transportation, and infrastructure markets, prior to which he held various executive positions and ran various companies at Trinity Industries from 1993 to 2006.
Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Bryan P. Stevenson
Chief Legal Officer
Bryan P. Stevenson serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Arcosa. From 2015 until November 2018, Mr. Stevenson was the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Trinity Industries. Prior to joining Trinity Industries, Mr. Stevenson was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc., an online provider of automotive parts, from 2011 to 2015.
Mr. Stevenson earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School and undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University.
Mary E. Henderson
Chief Accounting Officer
Mary E. Henderson serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Arcosa. From 2010 until November 2018, Ms. Henderson served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Trinity Industries. Ms. Henderson joined Trinity Industries in 2003 and has served in a variety of leadership positions including Corporate Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller, and Director of External Reporting.
Ms. Henderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas since 1984.
Vice President, Human Resources
Suzanne Myers serves as the Vice President, Human Resources at Arcosa. From September 2015 until November 2018, Ms. Myers served as Executive Director, Talent Acquisition at Trinity Industries. From 2002 to August 2015, she served in a variety of leadership positions for RealPage, a software development company, including Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Director, Talent Acquisition.
Ms. Myers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Missouri State University.
